Fitoes shipped within 3 working days of a paid order via Singpost Registered Mail. You should be able to receive your items within 3-5 working days.
Where can I try your shoes?

Simply make an appointment at +6591990197 and drop by our Fitoes warehouse to try out your shoes: Fitoes Warehouse (Non-Retail) 3026 Ubi Road 1 #02-150 S408719
The shoes do not fit me. Can I exchange or return them?

Exchanges are accepted within 30 -90 days from the date of purchase. Simply make an appointment at +6591990197 and drop by our Fitoes warehouse for the exchange: Fitoes Warehouse (Non-Retail) 3026 Ubi Road 1 #02-150 S408719 Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.
